Our Story

Gandang SEO began with a simple but powerful idea: to merge Jin Grey’s expertise in SEO with a passion for beauty and wellness. Jin, the visionary founder, has spent 17 years in the world of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and developed a deep love for the industry. Her extensive experience led her to team up with her partners to explore new avenues for growth. After months of research and development, they saw an opportunity to venture into the beauty business—a decision that would lay the foundation for Gandang SEO.

On September 26, 2024, Gandang SEO was officially launched at the WOS Conference in Manila. This was a major milestone for the company as it introduced its first product: Black SEO Soap. The product's name and formula were inspired by the concept of Black Hat Search Engine Optimization techniques, which symbolize innovation and a unique approach. The launch was a resounding success, setting the stage for more groundbreaking products to come.

The name "Gandang" was carefully chosen by Jin and is derived from the Filipino word "Maganda," meaning "beauty." The word beautifully captures the essence of the brand’s mission—delivering beauty through premium, original skincare essentials. The "SEO" in the name stands for Skin Essentials Original, emphasizing the company's commitment to producing authentic and high-quality skincare products.

Jin Grey – CEO of Gandang SEO

Meet Jin Grey, our CEO and Owner. Jin has spent 17 years in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) because she loves the industry. Together with her partners, they researched and developed a new venture in the beauty business. This led to the launch of the Gandang SEO Company on September 26, 2024, at the WOS Conference in Manila. The company introduced its first product, Black SEO Soap, inspired by Black Hat Search Engine Optimization techniques.

Jin also came up with the name "Gandang," which is from the Filipino word "Maganda," meaning "beauty" in English. "SEO" here stands for Skin Essentials Original, highlighting that all their products are original.

Pearl Silberon – CPO

Pearl brings over six years of expertise in procurement, production planning, purchasing, and material management. She ensures that every product meets the company’s high standards and is delivered with care to customers.

Dailyn Dilag- Ociel – COO

Dailyn is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Gandang SEO. Before entering digital marketing, Dailyn worked as a Human Resource Officer, gaining valuable experience in leadership and teamwork. She later transitioned to digital marketing, focusing on SEO and content creation, which sparked her passion for using online platforms to help brands grow.

Together with CEO Jin Grey and a team of marketers, Dailyn co-founded Gandang SEO. As COO, she leads the team, ensures smooth operations, and works to deliver high-quality, affordable beauty products to customers. Dailyn is proud of the company’s growth and excited for its future.

Geraldine Gumanit – CMO

Gera, our dynamic Chief Marketing Officer, brings 3 years of SEO expertise into the beauty industry. Her deep passion for digital strategy and skincare led her to co-create a bold new venture with her partners — the visionary GandangSEO Team.

Together, the GandangSEO Team researched and developed a unique concept that combines beauty and tech-savvy branding. Their first breakthrough product? The Black SEO Soap 🖤 — a skincare solution inspired by the edgy tactics of Black Hat Search Engine Optimization.

Mary Jane Jesura – CFO

Mary Jane is the Chief Finance Officer at Gandang SEO Company. With a strong background in finance, she ensures the company’s financial health and supports its growth by managing budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies. Working closely with the leadership team, she ensures efficient resource allocation to drive innovation and bring products like Black SEO Soap to market.

Outside of her finance role, Mary Jane stays updated on beauty trends and looks for new ways to drive the company’s success.
